Recently, our Day Shift Supervisor “Mark Bennett” completed a Certified Credit 5 course on Management & Mentoring. This course provided Mark with with the knowledge of the key issues involved in the efficient management of people within our organisation. The module covered a vast variety of content including Leadership, Teamwork, Conflict in the Workplace and Staff Management.
Mark received his certificate after achieving remarkable results upon completion of the Management and Mentoring Course.
